Dinner in the Vines

The newest addition to our Great Chef Series will be hosted in the heart of our ONX Estate Vineyard. Enjoy the beauty of the vines while Central Coast Chef, Julie Simon, prepares a family style dinner for our ONX Collective. This event is exclusive to Collective members, but we strongly encourage them to bring friends and family to share this memorable experience.

Born and raised in France, Chef Julie Simon grew up learning how to cook and entertain from her family. The place you were likely to find her was the kitchen and she made that her “home’s beating heart”. She moved to California from France 12 years ago and scored her dream job of working under the chefs at Windows on the Water. When her internship ended, she decided that she could not leave California. She went on and became the Executive Chef of Thomas Hill Organics at the age of 23. She then went on to start Foremost Wine Co. in San Luis Obispo. Chef Julie realized her passion for farming and left the restaurant industry to begin her own farm, which is where you can find her today.
